Inspection Comments | ESTABLISHMENT HAD FIRE IN TRASH COMPACTOR AND SMOKE ENTERED RECEIVING. STORAGE AREA THROUGH COMPACTOR SHOOT DOOR. THE HEAVIEST CONCENTRATION OF SMOKE WAS CONTAINED TO THIS AREA BY THE FIRE BREAK DOORS. ALL FOOD ITEMS AND CONSUMABLE ITEMS ARE HERBY EMBARGOED AT THIS TIME BY THE KANKAKEE COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. ALL EMBARGOED ITEMS SHALL REMAIN UNMOVED IN THIS AREA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. ITEMS SHALL BE INVENTORIED FOR VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION AT LATER DATE. |
